Meeran Chadha Borwankar

Meeran Chadha Borwankar was Director General, Bureau of Police Research and Development & National Crime Records Bureau. She is also the former Commissioner, Pune, Chief of Maharashtra Prisons, Chief of Crime Branch Mumbai. She also worked in the Central Bureau of Investigation. She was the first woman District Police Chief in Maharashtra and has authored Leaves of Life, Inspector Chougule  and Madam Commissioner.
